Here are the guidelines for costumes:
- Students may wear their costume to school, however, no time will be given to change into their costume at school. Please make sure that your child's costume is comfortable. They must be able to participate in all activities during the school day including gym, art and any other special classes or learning planned for that day.
- Teachers will not be able to assist with any costume preparation for students. Any face make-up must be applied at home. Also, face paint and any accessories related to violence or scary themes are not allowed.
- If your child rides the bus the costume must allow them to sit properly on the bus and be within their seat space, so cannot take up other student's bus seat area.
- No masks will be permitted. Please leave all masks at home.
- No weapons, scary or gory costumes will be permitted!
- No clown costumes or clown make up will be permitted.
