Important Information
- Several students have still not turned in their t-shirt projects that went home either at Open House or during the first week of school. If your child has not completed this project, please have your child complete it and send it in as soon as possible.
- Please note the school day hours will be changing Tuesday, September 8th. If your child rides a bus, you probably will not see much of a change in their bus schedule. The new school day will be 8:45-3:45.
- Book Orders are due September 4th! After that date, I will submit all orders to Scholastic and then I should be receiving them within a few weeks and will send the items ordered home with your child.
- Thank you to all of the parents who came to Parent Night on Thursday evening. If you came, could you please complete this three question (anonymous) survey? Parent Survey
- We are ordering class t-shirts with the Hornet logo on them to wear for field trips, field day, and other class events. The order forms were sent home with this past week. The shirts are $5 each and the orders and money are due by Friday, September 11th. Please make checks payable to Monroe Elementary. This is the only order we will be placing for t-shirts this year.
